Abstract Unicystic ameloblastoma (UA) refers to those cystic lesions that show clinical, radiographic, or gross features of a mandibular cyst, but on histological examination show a typical ameloblastomatous epithelium lining part of the cyst cavity, with or without luminal and/or mural tumour growth. UA is believed to be the less aggressive than the solid or multicystic ameloblastomas. We present a case report of 40 year old male patient with UA involving the entire body of the mandible.
