Online published on 7 February, 2018. Abstract Lymphangiomas are congenital malformations of lymphatic vessels filled with a clear protein rich fluid containing few lymph cells. These lesions are most frequently diagnosed during childhood, are most commonly located in the head and neck region and are extremely rare in the oral cavity. Treatment of oral lymphangiomas is complex due to the difficulty in performing a complete excision. Herewith, we report a case of lymphangioma of buccal mucosa treated successfully with intralesional bleomycin without any recurrence after 18 months of follow up.
