Abstract The mining area of Lualaba are invaded by Chinese multinational firms who exploit them hand crafted or industrially. This operation has spin-offs such as decrease in unemployment rate that does not fall at any level the purchasing power of population, effective training of work force and delocalisation of some local population which manifests itself by the partial or total destruction of certain neighbourhoods, sites and villages that pushes the population to disperse.
