The chief aim of education is that it supports pupil in their growth and development and also develops them all-roundly, means physically, morally, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, culturally etc… But unfortunately many pupils are affecting towards anti-social and anti-ethical activities, such matters will raise a question about the trust of education. One more important thing that presently the world rapidly moving in the field of science and technology. The discoveries, innovations and practices are positively and negatively affecting among the learners. Especially the social media like Facebook, twitter, whatsup, orkut, various internet sites and as well as different internet games makes child as lonely and also it causes for lack of building healthy relationship between the people. In such conditions the many questions will be arises in our mind that now a days the pupil are getting a very high level standard education with different and attractive methodology in standard infrastructure classrooms although why the pupil are affected towards negative attitude. Instead of that one Institutes must also give more attention to provide guidance and counseling for students according to the need and interest of the pupil and as well as society. Such practices will helps the students to overcome from their problems of different area like education, health, social, physical etc… and supports them in goal setting and motivate them to strive hard until they reach their desires. Hence guidance and counseling become an integral part of education. Drama is also one of the important method which incorporate guidance and counseling among learner. Hence in this paper authors pointed out on Drama therapy and Psychodrama as one of the important technique to provide guidance and counseling for learners growth and development, and also discussed on the procedure to adopting and as well as it advantages.
