Abstract Development of economic-mathematical models of multifactor static analysis is one of the most reliable tools for research of activity of enterprise or industry as a whole, the impact on production for the purpose of increase of its efficiency. The decisive influence on labor productivity level has the growth of workers’ qualification. Dynamics of labor productivity is mostly influenced by changes in the structure of industrial-production personnel.
