Abstract His article analyzes the impact of small business development on the country's economy, the research of economists on the effective use of investment potential in the development of this sector. On the basis of the studied data, the role of small business in the economy of Andijan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan was studied. In the case of 14 districts and 2 cities of Andijan region, expert and integrated methods of economic, social, financial, foreign economic activity were conducted to assess the factors influencing the development of small business and the investment potential of small business. As a result of the research, the author developed proposals on what factors should be given more attention in the development of small business in Andijan region..
