Abstract

A field experiment was conducted during the Rabi season of 2019-2020 at Raja Balwant Singh College, Bichpuri, Agra(U.P) to find out the effect of different organic manure on growth and yield of Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) cv. Japanese white. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design with three replication consisting 8 treatment combinations i.e, T0 (Control), T1 (FYM 10 Tonnes/ha), T2 (Poultry Manure 2 Tonnes/ha), T3 (Vermicompost 4 Tonnes/ha), T4 (Poultry Manure 50% + Vermicompost 50%), T5 (FYM 50% + Vermicompost 50%), T6 (FYM 50% + Poultry Manure 50%), T7 (FYM 33% + Vermicompost 33%+ Poultry Manure 33%). The result revealed that among the different sources of manures applied, the treatment T4 -(Poultry Manure 50% + Vermicompost Manure 50%) perform better than all other treatments for vegetative growth and yield parameters. followed by T5 - (FYM 50% + Vermicompost 50%).
