Knowledge when converted into information plays an important role in reaching to unreached farmers. Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have evolved very fast and are playing their part in every sector of agriculture. In India different knowledge management models have been implemented and these models produce an impact on information delivery. Every model has its uniqueness and effectiveness in reducing the time lag in decision making.
