Evaluating the effectiveness of people respect and attracting client's satisfaction project in administrative system

Abstract

Improving the efficiency of administrative system in the country is the main goal in implementation of the plan of people respect and attracting client's satisfaction. This project is one of the septet plans of administrative change, and was approved in the supreme administrative council meeting in 14/04/2002 and has been imparted to the governmental systems. In current study, the effectiveness of people veneration and customer satisfaction in administrative system is evaluated in the sample organizations of Fars province. The applied method in this research is descriptive-survey, and the questionnaire is used as the tool of data collection. The statistical population was the customers of the sample organizations in 2008, among whom 266 samples were selected. Binomial test was applied data analyzing and evaluating the hypotheses. The results show that the veneration project has been effective in all of the sample organizations, but the effectiveness was failed in the dimension of facilitating the service offers in prison organization and agriculture jihad. Meanwhile, in all of the sample organizations the effectiveness of veneration project was also confirmed.
