Online published on 7 March, 2013. Abstract Sexual harassment of trained women nurses in hospitals is not a new issue, but has until recently been a hidden silent one. During the last few years slowly the problem has become more serious which should be understood. This paper uses a literature review to explore the level of sexual harassment that trained women nurses face in their workplace.
