Online published on 30 January, 2019. Abstract Stress is the body's automatic response to any physical or mental demand placed upon it. Stress is a dynamic condition in which an individual is confronted with an opportunity, a demand, or a resource related to what the individual desires and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important. A study is conducted to find out the working experience, heavy work load, and lack of facility for stress management in an organization. Face to face interview was conducted with seventy five employees and the result is given. It is found that work load, and lack of facilities are playing important role-in stress management.
