It rotates around the issues faced by companies during expansion and redefining of the roles and responsibilities. Primarily the focus on learning and development initiatives within the organization defines the role of key employees and issues faced by HR in order to retain them within the changing scenario of a growing company. The case describes role of HR as a support function for continuous learning and development of employee, knowledge sharing activities and human resource development.
