Abstract At the core of the large-scale reforms implemented in the health care system is the noble goal of raising a healthy generation in all respects and establishing a healthy lifestyle in society. Today, a lot of work is being done in our country to protect children from social, economic, legal, and spiritual aspects. An appropriate legal framework has been formed in this regard. In particular, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Family Code, the Civil Code, the Labor Code, the Criminal Code, and a number of other legal documents contain norms related to the protection of children's rights and their health.
