Abstract Studied the percentage of incidence, etiopathogenesis, treatment and prevention of aseptic joint diseases in horses. It was revealed that periarticular fibrositis is more common among sport horses. During the experiment, an increase in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemoglobin concentration was found in animals of the first and especially the second groups, the percentage of lymphocytes increased at the beginning of the experiment and then began to gradually decline towards the end. One of the methods to preserve the performance of sports horses is the use of low-intensity laser radiation in various animal diseases, including destructive changes in the musculoskeletal system. However, it should be noted that in animals of the third group with the presence of periarticular fibrositis, the complete restoration of joint function was observed much later than the end of treatment.
