Abstract The article shows how to attract investment and use it effectively to achieve sustainable development of the agricultural sector. In order to create a suitable agricultural business environment and value chain, this year 25 cotton textiles, 80 cereals, 13 paddy and 1 drug-growing cluster were put into operation. In order to further develop the fruit and vegetable processing industry and to create additional opportunities for entrepreneurs, 8 modern agro-logistics centers with a capacity of 88,000 tons and 56 refrigerated warehouses with a capacity of 51,500 tons were built and put into operation.
