Abstract Currently, research on knowledge management places a greater emphasis on studying the behavior of individuals who hide knowledge and how it affects organizational factors. However, there has been limited research focusing on knowledge hiding among students in higher education institutions. This study aims to investigate whether perceived knowledge-hiding behavior has an impact on intrapreneurial behavior among management students, using the social exchange theory as a basis. Additionally, it seeks to determine whether leadership experience moderates this relationship. Top Keywords Knowledge Hiding Behaviour, Intrapreneurship, Leadership. Top |
