Data were collected based on Beyg and Qavami's 21-question "Organizational Memory" questionnaire (2011), Rahnavard and Sadr's 17-question "Knowledge sharing" questionnaire (2011), and Neefe's 18-question "Organizational Learning" questionnaire (2001). Using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all dimensions, the reliability of these questionnaires was calculated to be 0.7, which shows favorable reliability of research tool.
