Abstract The present study was aimed to examine the effect of organizational memory on knowledge sharing considering the mediating role of organizational learning in radio communications and regulations organization. Research method was practical in terms of objective; and in terms of collecting data, it was a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all employees working in radio communications and regulations organization with 755 individuals from which 260 individuals were selected as sample size using Morgan table and Stratified Random Sampling method. Data were collected based on Beyg and Qavami's 21-question "Organizational Memory" questionnaire (2011), Rahnavard and Sadr's 17-question "Knowledge sharing" questionnaire (2011), and Neefe's 18-question "Organizational Learning" questionnaire (2001). Using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all dimensions, the reliability of these questionnaires was calculated to be 0.7, which shows favorable reliability of research tool. In order to calculate validity, content validity and construct validity were used. The results showed the validity of research tool to be favorable. Data were presented using a Structural Equation Modeling method and Smart PLS software, and a final model was given. Results showed that organizational memory and its components (personal memory, cultural memory, managerial memory, research memory, and development memory) have a positive and significant effect on organizational learning; organizational learning has effects on knowledge sharing and its dimensions (awarding knowledge and acquiring knowledge). In addition, results refer to the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between organizational memory and knowledge sharing.
