Online published on 12 July, 2016. Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee participation. In this study, a standardized questionnaires were used to collect data. The present study is an applied research and the manner of data collection is descriptive. Statistical society of present research consists of the employees and the Director of Education and training organization at District 1 and 2 and Kurdistan education and training system. 130 objects were selected using available random sampling. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze statistical data. Accordingly, results indicate a significant relationship between the idealized influence, idealized behavior, inspirational motivation and employee participation.
