Abstract Private Banks control wealth of people and decrease their risk level. In this way, banks increase wealth of their customers and maximize wealth of their shareholders by holding financial resources of wealthy people. Main purpose of present study is to study about the effects of the implementation of Private Banking services on the interests of the Bank in Sepah Bank in central region. Statistics population of this study includes all specific customers of Sepah Bank in central region of Tehran. According to results of this research, implementation of Private Banking services impacts significantly on the interests of Bank in Sepah Bank in central region.
