Abstract The purpose of this paper is investigating the relationship between financial constrain and firm constrain of companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange. In this respect, the effect of firms’ size, financial leverage and firm age were controlled. Also. Statistical society of present study consists of 120 companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange during 2005 to 2014. Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results of research hypotheses test indicate that generally there is a significant inveres relationship between financial constrain and firm constrain between financial constrain and firm constrain.
