Abstract This study aims at identifying the factors affecting the ATM usage of bank account holders in the state of Goa. The sample size for the purpose of this study has been taken considered at 252 respondents whose responses have been collected through a well structured questionnaire developed online as well as offline. The respondents surveyed are from the Salcete Taluka of the state of Goa.
