Abstract The aim of the study is to Identification and Ranking of Effective Factors to use Knowledge Management according to TOPSIS technique (Study of Mashhad Regional Power Company). Therefore refer to the studies using a modified model of Knowledge Management dimensions and components associated with detection Based on these variables, a questionnaire was designed and its validity is based on 45 factors through the Faculty of Management and Economics Department was approved. The population of this study includes employees of the Regional Electricity Company Mashhad. The sample size was determined based on Morgan 384 samples that were randomly selected. To analyze their findings, After collecting the questionnaires distributed, data obtained by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics 18 SPSS software using the TOPSIS were analyzed.
