Developing and Analyzing an Optimum Model for Quality Function Development for Maximize Customer Satisfaction through Kano Model (Ghoflkar Company as a Case Study)

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to develop and analyze an optimum model for quality Function development for maximizing customer satisfaction through Kano Model in Ghoflkar Company in the city of Qazvin. The statistical population of this study includes employees, designers, distributors, and consumers. The population consists of 185 members. All of statistical population members were surveyed and 135 of them indicated the questionnaire perfectly. The research data was analyzed through Lingo, Matlab, and Excel. The findings revealed that designing an optimum model for customers’ needs and products in the company has good conditions in terms of engineering characteristics actualization level and especial regulations of technical characteristics. Indeed, employees had 74.73% satisfaction in terms of services. In other words, designing products and services are done based on the customers’ requirement and wants.
