Abstract This research aims to analyze the relationship between organizational ethics and employee's mental health among technical and vocational institutions’ managers of Babolsar and suburbs. In this regard, first, organizational ethics’ variables and then its relationship with employees’ mental health have been investigated. This research is descriptive- correlation type. Statistical society has been technical and vocational institutions’ managers of Babolsar and suburbs and the number of statistic sample equals to 100 people. The results of this research indicate that trusteeship, justice and equality, veracity, honesty, loyalty's variables and finally organizational ethics have positive and meaningful relationship with employees’ mental health.
