Abstract In the current globalised environment IT sectors had been expanding in an exponential manner. In this race their only focus was to enhance the market share at any cost ignoring other factors. In order to survive in this environment, the businesses around the world need to provide a good quality of work life in order to attract, train, motivate and retain talents. The study intends in finding the relationship between Quality of work life and decision making, communication and enhancing their skills and knowledge respectively. Its observed that we can enhance effectiveness provided there exist an ideal work life balance and quality of work life.
