Online published on 11 June, 2014. Abstract Present paper aims at studying the impact of organizational culture on citizenship behavior in Lorestan Mellat Bank. This is a descriptive survey – type study executed as a field study. It population consists all Lorestan Mellat Bank employees (800) of which 127 were selected as research sample by Kokaran formulation. Questionnaire is the used instrument to gather data. Content validity is confirmed by studying research theoretical basics and using elites’ opinions. Its reliability is calculated by Chronbach's α value. Data analysis in conducted by factors analysis and structural equations. Research findings indicate that organizational culture and its aspects impact on citizenship behavior positively and significantly.
