The importance of the Co-existence of Management and Education and its Impacts on the World Nations Salemi Jafar PhD Student, Management in Education, Kharazmi University, Tehran, Iran Online published on 11 June, 2014. Abstract A well-synchronized policy on management and education can result in a smooth flow of relationships among the different strata of different societies. Management and education are intertwined, and cannot be delinked. They indeed complement each other. This paper tries to argue the role of a good or a poor management in upbringing the qualified or unqualified individuals in different societies. It wants to show the importance of this crucially vital combination, which builds the infrastructure of man's character and as well as his identity. It further suggests that well-trained managers can create a sound and safe atmosphere, where education meets its pure justice.
