Abstract

This paper discusses on an adaptive QoS scheduling approach which is modelled using Bee Hive optimization approach for providing quality of service for variable services over WSN. The adaptive behaviour of bee and its route selection process for collecting honey is studied and analysed over bee's “dangling behaviour”. The route selection and proving an optimal QoS over simulated using ns2 simulator. The WSN test bed is created and simulated over fixed number of WSN nodes and variable number of sessions. The adaptive route selection is understood from the behaviour of bees for honey collection where QoS metrics are used for analysing the routing algorithm.
