Abstract Currently data mining techniques and clinical management system is combined and explore the effective outcome for finding risk factors in cancer patient treatment. Because health care management system is having enormous patients data are available. These records are very difficult to maintain. So data mining techniques is introduced to finding portions in the large data. But data mining techniques are using different methods for identifying relationship between clinical management record and cancer patient by means of query. If this query processing with stemming algorithm is used to extract relations are mined by the clustering mechanism for better web application result.
