Abstract The class size is having more impact on the students’ performance and teachers’ performance. Also the class size affects the teachers’ teaching style and methodology. This study intends to find out the difference in performance level of students and teachers in smaller and larger classes. This study objective of the study is to strike the right class size in tertiary level education predominantly through students learning outcome improvement perspective. This study describes about learning process difference, student interaction and involvement level, student performance outcome, management strategies and execution style, faculty satisfaction level, cohesiveness between faculties; faculty support level to student. This research reveals that optimization of right class size will be more productive and increase the performance of both students and teachers factually.
