Abstract This study examines the effect of social network sharing culture (SNSC) on the relationship between information & communication technology (ICT) and actual knowledge sharing behaviour (AKS). A survey of teaching faculty of engineering colleges was made using a self-directed questionnaire marking their perception of variables like information & communication technology, social network sharing culture and actual knowledge sharing. Data obtained and analyzed on Smart-PLS 3.0 using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) based Structural Equations Modeling Technique. The findings of the theoretical model showed the significant relationship of all direct effects. This study explains the variance of actual knowledge sharing which is being improved with the mediation effect of social network sharing culture. This study also discusses the managerial implications and limitations.
