Abstract

Balance between work and family life, especially for the women employees is a difficult concern and alarming issue. The expectation to playing multiple roles and take many responsibilities in both of the different worlds are never end. Hence, the women workforces struggle to develop various ways and means to regulate the balance between work and family life. However, there is an individualistic approach in many case of working women; there is a pattern in their difficulties and their balancing of work-life indeed. Hence, this article purposively attempt to identify the factors affecting the work life balance among women employees in banking sector with special reference to Salem District of Tamilnadu State.
