Abstract

This work is aimed to employ fast and effective ripple free Hybrid compensation algorithm which improve the efficiency of SRM drive from various disturbances. Combining the unique features of an SRM with simple and efficient power converter that it uses, a superior motor drive system emerges which may be preferable Applicable for many applications. In this work the hybrid control of SRM is analyzed with Torque optimization using PI, PID and Neuro-Fuzzy controller (NFC) controller method. The torque is controlled directly through the control of magnitude of the flux linkage and the change in speed of the stator flux vector. The performance of direct torque controlled SRM drive is analyzed by selecting a suitable set of control voltage vectors for constant load torque. The proposed hybrid control method based PI, PID and Neuro-Fuzzy controller (NFC)controller feature model has been implemented and evaluated for its efficiency. The proposed method has been tested with variety of SRM drives. The proposed method has produced efficient results compared to other approaches.
