Abstract

In recent era, number of location based dependent applications are available for identifying the user positions but tracking of mobile user‟s location in the MANET environment become more significant for enabling universal and context-aware service. In this paper, the proposed system has been performed in both physical and logical localization for satellite, GSM and Wi-Fi communication networks. Also, the fixed reference points are intensely organized for finding the position of mobile users in a Disruption Tolerant Network (DTN). The Decentralized Cooperative method (DCC)is proposed for DTN localization for evaluating the user walking steps and location movements using accelerometer and electronic compass equipped in cell phones. In order to track the mobile user location, Fast Randomized (FR) algorithm is proposed with Markov chain process for identifying the driving patterns and regulates the possible routes/path for recording user locationsut most exactly. The simulation result of this research work shows better efficiency, accuracy, improved delivery ratio, reduced delivery latency in the disruption tolerant networks.
