Abstract Stress has became a major concern in the modern world, as stress oriented diseases cause decreases the immunity level and the disease easily get into, as increase the number of sick levels. Stress plays a vital role for multitude disease and it is very much related to unhealthy behavior such as angry, elevated blood pressure, etc. Major reasons for stress are abnormal Blood Pressure (BP) and Heart Rate (HR), these two primary vital physiological measures are to identify the stress level of a person in any situation, and hence Fuzzy Logic is used to classify the stress level according to the BP and HR. To address the stress level among Social Network user, initially a survey has been conducted on the use of Social Networking websites and stress faced by the human. The present study investigates the impact of Social Networking Sites (SNSs) among various kinds of age group people in students and research people as well. The result shows that increasing utilization of SNSs leads to increasing stress level and addictive behavior in utilizing modern electronic gadgets such as smart phone, Tablet-PC, laptop and Personal Computers.
