Online Published on 10 January, 2024. Abstract Background and Objective Early detection of dental caries can prevent the process of dental caries by shifting the balance of remineralization-demineralization to remineralizing the effected enamel. The best treatment modality is the use of remineralizing agents. The objective was to assess and compare the ability of Tooth Mousse Plus (CPP-ACP/ fluoride 900 ppm containing toothpaste), Sensodyne Repair and protect (Novamin/Bioactive glass with fluoride containing tooth paste) and Shofu PRG Barrier coat (Pre-reactive glass ionomer containing flouride) to remineralize early enamel lesion. Materials and Method The study was conducted on 60 premolars which were randomly divided into three groups: Group I, GC Tooth Mousse Plus, Group II, Sensodyne Repair and protect and Group III, PRG Barriercoat. The application of the remineralizing agents was done according to the manufacturer instructions and the demineralization and post-remineralization readings were recorded with the help of Diagnodent. Results PRG Barrier Coat showed statistically significant (<0.01**) and faster remineralization potential as compared to that of GC Tooth Mousse and Sensodyne Repair and Protect. Conclusion Based on the results obtained in our study, it was inferred that PRG Barrier Coat showed maximum remineralizing potential followed by GC Tooth Mousse Plus and then Sensodyne repair and protect.
