Online Published on 10 January, 2024. Abstract Trauma remains the leading cause of injuries to dental hard tissues which is often associated with injury to the adjoining soft tissues. Entrapment of fractured tooth fragments as foreign body in the lip, floor of mouth, tongue and other adjoining soft tissues is commonly reported in literature. This paper presents a case report of a female patient in 2nd decade of life with embedded tooth fragment in the lower lip associated with fractured upper central incisor after a fall from stairs.
