Online published on 7 December, 2011. Abstract Microabrasion is a proven conservative treatment option available for removing superficial fluorotic stains in enamel. This article report two cases in which microabrasion was done to remove fluorosis stains using two different techniques, Prema Compound and a 37% phosphoric acid pumice. Both techniques for microabrasion, phosphoric acid pumice and Prema Compound, were effective, simple to perform and resulted in permanent and lasting results.
