The paper also exhibits the meaning of network, aims, services, need and objectives of setting up of this network. The authors also tried to demonstrate how to access e-journals and other e-resources from the resource bank of this network, so that maximum benefits from this service be taken by teachers and students of the University and its affiliated colleges.
