Online published on 25 November, 2013. Abstract Nonsurgical retreatment and periradicular surgery are not always viable solutions to endodontic disease. This case report describes the endodontic treatment and intentional replantation of a maxillary right central incisor with follow-up. Clinical and radiographic analysis suggested perforations at cervical and apical thirds. To manage this intentional replantation of tooth was utilized. Incidentally tooth had a severe dilaceration which would have compromised outcome in alternate treatment plans. Top | |
