Abstract

Marginal tissue recession is the most common mucogingival deformity. It should be treated as soon as detected as it can cause functional & esthetic problems. Various root coverage procedures are available to accomplish this goal. The following article represents a rotational flap procedure for the treatment of Miller Class I recession in mandibular incisor region. Complete root coverage was obtained with excellent tissue colour & contour.
