Abstract Every child has a preeminent right to get the best possible treatment and if there is early loss of deciduous anterior teeth, space has to be maintained by an esthetic space maintainer. This case report unveils such a treatment given by delivering a fixed esthetic space maintainer to a six years old boy child replacing lost maxillary deciduous right and left central and lateral incisors and left deciduous canine give a fruitful functional and esthetic result maintaining the required space for the permanent successors.
