Abstract

Maxillary midline supernumerary teeth (mesiodens) are found occasionally in the oral cavity. A rare anatomic anomaly occurring on normal complement of teeth is the Talon cusp. This case report presents a patient with two mesiodentes, one with a palatal Talon cusp. A review of this rare phenomenon along with the possible management options is presented.
