Online published on 18 May, 2016. Abstract Patients with Class II malocclusion are one the most commonly treated cases in a routine orthodontic practice. Class II cases are further divided into Class II Div I and Class II Div II patients. Class II Div I patients having increased over jet can be rarely treated without extractions on the other hand careful planning and timely approach can convert even a severe case of Class II Div II malocclusion into a non extraction one. This case report presents a successful non extraction management of a 15 year old girl with Class II Div II malocclusion using fixed appliance therapy.
