Online published on 18 May, 2016. Abstract With the advent of Microscopes in endodontics the outcome of surgical endodontics has changed drastically. The endodontic microscope is used from the incision to the root end filling. There is reduced incidence of post operative symptoms when microscope is used during endodontic surgery.
