Abstract In the Modern era of 21st century, with the advancements in dentistry and modernization facilitate the people desires and knowledge about the importance of healthy teeth in their lives, which further have shifted the pattern towards conservation rather than extraction of teeth. Hence more innovative techniques have been developed which enable dental surgeons to emphasize on restoring and preserving the tooth. Therefore, this article describes the two case reports of saving the multirooted teeth using hemisectionas a treatment modality in carefullyselected cases.
