Online published on 22 August, 2019. Abstract Introduction Women's health is considered to be the backbone of the society. Reproductive tract infections are one among the major cause of the morbidity in women. Leucorrhea is one of the common problems seen in the reproductive age group women (15–45 years). One ofthe reasons behind increase prevalence of Ieucorrhea is lack of knowledge and awareness among married women. Aims The aim of the study is to assess knowledge of married women regarding Ieucorrhea & to ascertain the relationship of knowledge score with selected variable Material and Methods A quantative research approach was adopted to accomplish the objective of study. Tool consisted of self structured interview schedule. A total of200 samples were selected by purposive sampling technique in selected village of Ludhiana, Punjab. Result In pre-test 35.5% married women had good knowledge score while in posttest 71.5% married women had good knowledge score. The mean pre-test knowledge score was 23.12 and mean posttest knowledge score was 26.08. The difference between mean pre-test and post-test knowledge score was tested and found highly significant (t=7. 10 at p=0.001 level). The findings of the study signify that structured teaching programme was effective in enhancing the knowledge of married women regarding Ieucorrhoea. Conclusion The knowledge of married women regarding Ieucorrhea was average in pre-test but with provision of structured teaching programme, it helps to increase the knowledge in post-test.
