Abstract To assess the effect of different levels of nitrogen and phosphorus with NAA concentrations on quality characters of summer bringal. Application of each incremental dose of nitrogen significantly increased no. of fruit, weight of fruit, yield per plant, circumference of fruit and volume of fruit. Whereas, each incremental dose of nitrogen were noted positive increase in length of fruit but it was at per. Each incremental dose of phosphorus gave the significant increase in number of fruit per plant and volume of fruit. Whereas, each incremental dose of phosphorus were observed positive increase in weight of fruit, yield of fruit, yield per plant, length of fruit and volume of fruit however, these were at per. Spray of 50 ppm NAA solution was recorded significant effect on all above characters as compair to with out spray of NAA. Top | |
