A total of 1675 articles were obtained out of which 60 articles were selected on the basis of certain pre established inclusion criteria which are discussed with in detail within this study. These 60 articles were included in this meta - analytic study. Quantitative figures consisting of correlation values and many more data viz. sample size, z- value, p- values etc. are being analysed on the basis of numerous research papers i.e. 60 research papers already published in the past. This has helped in performing the bivariate analysis also with help of the objectives set within this study. Findings The data analysis results of the random effect model in the meta essentials showed that Leadership has a strong and positive effect on the Organizational Culture, a strong and positive effect of Leadership on the Employee Performance and a strong and positive effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance as well. Practical Implications This clearly indicates that Leadership is a driving force behind making the Organizational Culture better and also improving the Employee Performance to the most. These all aspects help a particular organization in accomplishing its preset objectives.
