Abstract

This research article explores the diverse methods employed for documenting Indigenous Knowledge (IK), recognising the significance of preserving and transmitting these invaluable cultural, ecological, and societal insights. The study highlights the challenges, benefits, and ethical considerations associated with documenting IK by examining various approaches and technologies. The article contributesa deeper understanding of how IK can be respectfully and effectively captured, shared, and utilised for bettering Indigenous communities and broader society.
